Veggie Burger: Part II

Vienna was at its best today. This city is perfectly relaxed and sunny at the momemt. Just perfect.

We rode our bikes (me wearing my new blue cowboy boots!!). We sat in the sun and did uni stuff. We drank Radler. We went to a thrift store. And we went to the always wonderful Naschmarkt. PERFECT DAY!

We bought paprika, Guacamole, Hummus, salad, Falafel and great big mushrooms. I actually wanted to get big mushrooms to fill with carrots and onions but I couldn't find any..so we got these flat ones. They were perfect as well and made the burger so much easier to make. Ohh and we also found the perfect pita bread.
Veggie burgers can be more or less complicated to make...we love both... but sometimes you just need something that you can whip up in a jiffy and enjoy!
A perfect finish to every sunny, relaxing day!

What do you like to do on those wonderfully relaxing days?

We Baked It Ourselves With LOVE: nutella cookies!!

WHO STOLE THE COOKIES FROM THE COOKIE JAR?

You probably will after tasting these awesome cookies!!
If you love nutella as much as I do then these are perfect for you!!

My Cousin showed me how to make them a couple of weeks ago and now...
now I'm in LOVE! Luckily I try not to have nutella at home most of the time otherwise I would be munching away hundreds of delicious cookies every day!!
The recipe is pretty simple and you probably already have all the ingredients at home!

INGREDIENTS

This recipe makes about 18 smaller cookies!

1/4 cup Butter
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup white sugar
1/2 cup nutella
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup all purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
pinch of Salt
1 Tbsp cacao powder

Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Melt the butter and the nutella in the microwave for about 2 min...or until they melt enough so you can easily mix them into the mixture. Pour all the ingredients into a bowl...combine well and voilá!
Form little balls out of your cookie batter and place them on your prepared baking sheet.
Make sure that you leave some space between each cookie since they flatten out quite a bit.
My cookies were ready after about 10 min in the oven!

Tadaa! see how thoroughly Matthias documented the baking process? BOOM!
He has a new app on his phone(he doesn't always take photos with his phone) and he's pretty excited about that!
But what gets me most excited right now..is that I have something to nibble on in uni tomorrow which makes having to be there at 8 o'clock in the morning so much more bearable!!

Ohh and speaking of cookie jars. Matthias kind of loves star wars alot so yeah.. his cookie jar!!

ENJOY! <3
