art projekt and vegan food

Hey there,
these are pictures for an art project.. which i'm doing for university.
i had a fun time with a little photo shoot outside this very delicious looking store,
biting in the meat.

I DON'T LIKE THAT PEOPLE EAT MEAT 7 DAYS A WEEK!
you can eat it. but not everyday.
producing meat has changed so much just in the past 25 years!
intensive factory farming has so many negative effects on our environment, health and well the animals!!

THINK ABOUT IT
so this is one part of my project with the motto: Human are only animals.

So I'm sharing a wonderfully amazing recipe for VEGAN GOULASH:

250 g wheat gluten
2 onions
2-3 garlic cloves
1 cup tomato paste
basil, Oregano, cayenne pepper, 1 tsp paprika powder, some Taki Taki (I use ketchup), Gemüsebrühe
150 g  peas
150 g  corn

cut the onions in stripes and roast in butter until glassy, add the crushed garlic and the diced
wheat gluten and let this roast for a bit. then you add the tomato paste,
the spices and the vegetable stock to your onions and let cook for about 10min.
now it's time to add the corn and the peas.
5 more minutes on the stove and it's done!
your tasty vegan goulash is finished!

This goes perfectly with polenta but also with basically everything that you would eat normal goulash with.

Hope you like it!! Andrea and I will also be making lots of different veggie burger possibilities in the near future..so stay tuned!!

Love Steffi
