We Baked It Ourselves With LOVE! Bread time!

This time we managed to put the recipe up a bit earlier!! great huh?
Baking your own bread is so easy and fun. And seriously, what smells and tastes better than warm bread?!

You need :

500 g flour 
I used 250 g spelt (Dinkel) flour and 250 g wheat flour
1 Tablespoon Salt
1/2 cube fresh yeast
350ml-400ml warm water 
50 g Oatflakes 
Sunflower seeds or any other seed you like

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl, but make sure you dissolve the yeast in the warm water. 
 Work the dough until it doesn't stick to your hands anymore.
Now you got to put it back in the bowl, cover it up with a towel and let it sit for about 2 hours. 
After the 2 hours are over, you can form a loaf, sprinkle it with oat flakes and cut it a few times.
Pre-heat the oven to 220° C. Let the bread bake for 10 minutes, put a cup of water into the oven. Turn down the heat to 200° C now and let it bake for another 45 minutes.
